You are entitled to cancel you order within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day of receipt of goods. After exercising your right to cancel, you dispose the delay of 15 (fifteen) working days after exercising you right, to return the complete delivery.

The return request must be made by duly completing and signing the form below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, accompanied by the label for each product, the invoice and the duly completed returns document.

The return costs will be at you charge.

Pack the items in the order box (or any rigid carton box) 

 

3 - Send

Drop the package at a DPD picking point or at one of its partners (depending on the country of return). To find the nearest DPD picking point, please visit DPD website.

 

The refund will take place within 30 (thirty) days after the receipt of goods in our warehouse.
